Content Management Policy and Procedures

Latinas2u is committed to ensuring that all individuals appearing in distributed content are of legal age at the time images are captured, that all content complies with our strict guidelines, and that it meets the legal requirements for acceptable content.
Our Terms of Use and agreements signed by content uploaders outline prohibited content. Anyone wishing to distribute content must undergo mandatory identity and age verification, which is reviewed by our monitoring team 24/7. Any doubts about the user profile or verification evidence will result in rejection.
Our monitoring team reviews all images and text before publication. Unauthorized content will be deleted, and the account owner will be warned or banned.
Uploader Responsibility
The user uploading the content is solely responsible for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and with these Terms. They must ensure the material complies with local, national, and international regulations and with this policy’s standards.
Any violation may result in content removal, penalties, or permanent suspension of the user’s account.
The Site and its operators are not responsible for content uploaded by users. Legal and ethical responsibility rests solely with the uploader.
Policy
The uploader must confirm and explicitly agree that:

The content must not include:

Only accounts that have completed and passed identity and age verification may distribute content. Users must sign the content upload agreement prior to submitting any material.
All images must be reviewed and approved before publication. Edits to previously approved content require re-validation.
Mandatory Age and Identity Verification
Each account must pass mandatory age and identity verification before publishing any advertisement. This process is managed by the reputable provider YOTI, requiring submission of a passport or national ID and a selfie.
Verification is mandatory. Users who do not complete or pass the process cannot post or distribute content.
Monitoring Content
Our four-person monitoring team reviews all content. Content is published only after review and approval.
Any edited image must undergo re-review before being made public.
Automated Content Screening
We use internal software that scans all text prior to publication. If flagged terms are detected, alerts are generated for the monitoring team to review or suggest edits.
Illegal Images
We scan the web for duplicate image use. If an image is mismatched with the profile, it will be flagged, and the user banned.
Monitoring staff reviews all images for unauthorized activity or content.
Report Button
Users may use the “Report” button to alert our team. Reported content is reviewed immediately and, if non-compliant, is removed or blocked. The account may be warned or banned. In such cases, the associated email, IP address, and payment card will be barred from further use.
Incident Record Maintenance
Latinas2u logs all violations of this content policy. Each record includes:
1. Account ID involved.
2. Type and severity of violation.
3. Date of incident.
4. Action taken, including reason and date.
All data is anonymized as part of our record-keeping procedures.
Latinas2u retains records and correspondence related to complaints for seven years. These records are confidential and accessible only to authorized management personnel.
